Joy Liken writes stories about animals in real life situations. She shares her experiences through fable but she is a sucker for a cringe love story. Her first story was written in 5th grade but it wasn’t until High School that the passion for writing grew. She is also the hands behind the visuals at letters to rowan. Art school taught her how to express herself through many mediums but digital/commercial art was her focus. It also helped her foster an appreciation and ability in sewing, knitting, crochet and several other fibre arts.
A deeply devoted wife & mother, you can often find her creating something new around her home or in her studio, collecting fountain pens, reading a cheesy romance novel or writing down a tale that speaks to her current feelings.
