Writer
A self-described retrophiliac, J. R. Liken most often writes about how the world could be, should be, and how to make it so. This tends to tie in quite well with his love of Christ, nature, labor, history and science. His writing is fed by experiences, insatiable curiosity of all disciplines and an admirably frustrating refusal to accept things as the are in favor of the potential he can see.
He is a husband, father and a hobbit.
If he had free time, he would practice carpentry, blacksmithing, fishing, marksmanship and a multitude of other traditional physical, skill-based pursuits.
